Today is the World Day Against Human Trafficking.
We have organized a campaign in the heart of the city of Luxembourg with the help of our amazing volunteers to raise awareness to this matter to the general public.
This year the UN proposed the theme of “use and abuse of technologies”. Therefore we focused our campaign on the dangers that children and young adults face when using online platforms and social media.
More than 100 children and young adults participated in our awareness campaign.
We had informative discussions with them and also with the parents concerning the risks they face.
The best way to fight human trafficking is by preventing it!
