The campaign for World Day Against Trafficking in Persons 2023 aims to raise awareness of disturbing developments and trends identified by UNODC and calls on governments, law enforcement, public services, and civil society to assess and enhance their efforts to strengthen prevention, identify and support victims, and end impunity.

Luxembourg Community Rallies to Fight Human Trafficking with Walk for Freedom
The 7th annual Walk for Freedom, a global event observed in several countries around the world, also took place in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg on Saturday 16 October, 2021. The event was a great success with over 100 participants joining the walk to raise public awareness on human trafficking, a form of modern-day slavery.
